19 months you say? Isn't the routine check-up supposed to be done at 18 months? Well, yes, for parents who actually get their kids to the doctor on time. We, however, are still making up for lost time, and we're doing pretty good now that we're only one month off. So, without further ado, the stats:
Height: 36" (>95th percentile)
Weight: 32lbs, 7oz (>95th percentile)
Head circumference: 50cm (>95th percentile)
What does all that mean? In short, the P-man is one mammoth of a baby. I'm getting pretty confident that I'll be ordering customized, Shaquille O'Neal-sized shoes by the time he's 13.
We enjoyed this past weekend at the cottage. Here are some pics:

| 1st time forward-facing in the carseat. Not advised until 24 months, but SO much easier to get in and out. The countdown is on! |
Wish I had some pics of the Sodus Point Triathlon, however, a series of unfortunate events occurred, and there is no documentation of the event. The day started off with Preston and I being stranded at the cottage (Matt had left early to register, Mom and Dad shortly thereafter to volunteer). I had gotten Preston all loaded up into the car, only to discover that my car keys were missing. And then the vague recollection of giving them to Preston the night before... Needless to say, I scoured the entire cottage but couldn't find them anywhere, so we missed watching Daddy go into the water, and the entire swim portion of the tri. We made it just in time to pass him biking the opposite direction, (looking quite swift on his new bike, I must say), however, he got a flat 8 miles into the bike and wasn't able to finish. Total bummer. So, we are hoping to find another tri somewhere before the season ends. Will keep you posted.
